The renter must have a valid driver’s license that has been held for at least one year.
•An international driving permit is required if the original license is not written in Latin characters.
•The minimum age requirement is 21 years old

Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the pickup time.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
•Pets are allowed in some vehicles, but prior notice is required, and a cleaning fee may apply.
For certain vehicle categories, the minimum age may be 23 or 25 years old.
•Drivers under 23 years old may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
