Data we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive: your name, phone number, chosen car, pick-up and return dates and places, your flight number (if given) and your message.
How we use it
This data is only used to handle your request and organise your rental. It is stored in our database and your request is sent on WhatsApp. It is never sold or shared.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the rental and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us by email or on WhatsApp.
Third-party services
Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Fonts and the map on the Contact page are provided by Google.
